Coffee rubbed steak .
This will help tenderize and add a little flavor to a steak. Sometimes you get a steak and it is a little tuff. This should help out some.
A coffee pour over
Need: Gooseneck kettle with a thermostat or a traditional kettle
Burr grinder or your coffee ground to medium course.
Heat the water to almost boiling or to boiling then let your kettle set for 30 seconds.
Place you filter in your Chemex or pour over cone coffee maker.
pour a small amount of the hot water to wet the filter. (this wets the filter as to let it swell up some to allow it to breathe)
pour out that water.
next fill the filter with your coffee about 4-5 Table spoons. (18-25 grams)
Follow this by pouring a small amount of water over your ground just to get them all wet. Let this set for 30 sec or so. (This allows the coffee to expand and will be able to let the water into all the tiny nook and crannies)
Next. Pour about three ounces of the hot water over the grounds. Let this set for at least 30 seconds.
Follow this by three more ounces of the hot water.
Wait for about 30 -45 sec. most all the water should have drain through the grinds.
Add a little more water to top off your cup, you should have about 8 oz of coffee.
Enjoy you cup of Coffee.
